I know that Dyson has some unusual and striking ideas but at the end of the day, would you be able to take two identical carpets with the same amount of dirt on them and clean one with a normal £200 cleaner and the other with a Dyson and be able to tell the difference?

Does a £1,000 plus contra-rotating dyson washing machine actually get the clothes any cleaner than one for £200 from Curry's?

Is a hoover on a ball really any easier to control than a conventional one?

Somehow, I doubt it. Full marks to Dyson for his business acumen but I can't see myself ever buying one of his products unless they come down in price.

Well lets hope it's a bit lighter than his other vacuums. Lifting them out of the cupboard is like planning a military capaign.
