The UK's biggest tile and wood floor retailer, Topps Tiles, has reported a dip in underlying sales and profits for the past six months.
The group, which has 309 stores in the UK, said conditions were "increasingly challenging" and that it did not expect any improvement in the short-term. Topps still plans to open 20 new stores a year.
