A CONVENIENCE store in Tollcross has been put on the market to lease.
The leasehold for the Costcutter on the ground floor of Lochrin Buildings on Gilmore Place is to be sold for £39,000.

The new tenant will also pay a "passing" rent of £8,496 a year.

David Higgins, of Christie & Co's Edinburgh Office, who is handling the sale, said: "This is an ideal opportunity to operate a well-run convenience store, not far from the city centre, at a reasonable price and affordable rent."
