AT THE risk of stating the obvious, Trinity Mirror (TM) is in a truly parlous state. Its so-called business strategy is in tatters and the City, having finally realised that fact, is beginning to see it as the basket case it has been for years.
TM is still the UK's largest regional publisher in terms of circulation - it also publishes the Daily Record and the Daily Mirror. But those papers are way past their best, surviving only on past glories, and their owner does not even share that hist...
