THE residential private rental market could be heading for a bumpy ride as tenants struggle to pay their bills.
According to research by Axa insurance company, the number of private renters slipping into arrears because they can't afford the rent is rising – 13% of renters have gone into arrears in the past 12 months.

This is the natural extension of the current property crash as both property valuations and rental incomes continue to plummet.
Why hasn't the government done the socially and morally correct thing and outlaw buy to let investing?
It is without a doubt the most damaging and malignant form of parasitical investment ever witnessed.
Buy to let investors contribute nothing to the communities in which they buy property.
