Staff want easy trip to work

WORKERS would rather have decent health and safety standards and good transport links to the office than perks such as canteens and gym membership, according to a report.
But a survey of 2,100 adults by the insurance firm RSA also showed that if an extra reward was being offered, most would value having free meals.

Only a few workers wanted a beauty salon, bar or a doctor on site, but nine out of ten craved shorter travel times to their office.
