AGENTS have been appointed to market a city-centre office that is about to be refurbished.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Montagu Evans have started the hunt for firms to occupy Stewart House at 22 North West Thistle Street Lane.

The office will offer 9005sq ft over five floors at £16 per square foot.

Craig Watson, associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "Stewart House is well placed to take advantage of demand."

I wonder how much Jones Lang LaSalle and Montagu Evans paid for this article. I suppose, with the decline in revenue from newspaper sales, we can expect to see more of these non-stories.

Agreed. Why does the EN print these blatant adverts....unless they're being paid? Is this an advert or a news item? Own up EN. Whatever it is, it's got to be of next to no interest to Evening News readers unless they happen to own a firm that makes huge profits (to be able to pay £16 per square foot). No offence to EN readers - but I think that's highly unlikely.
