LESS than half of Edinburgh's office workers believe protecting the environment during office hours is their responsibility, according to a new survey.
Just five per cent of Edinburgh office workers questioned said they were more "green" at the office than at home, with six in ten believing it was someone else's responsibility.

More than half (53 per cent) of Edinburgh employees said their company didn't have a green policy, and where one did exist, 47 per cent said that it was just for show and had no real meaning to the business and its staff.

And 49 per cent felt that company bosses should shoulder the burden – the highest in the country – while six per cent said it should be the Government, not them, which should be held accountable for polluting practices.
