SCOTTISH firms are being challenged to show their customer expertise today, as networking firm Cisco and Real Business magazine launch the hunt for 2010's "Customer Kings".
A search for top firms from the UK and Ireland, Customer Kings, launched in 2008, gives £5,000 cash to the winner.
In the 2009 awards, Glasgow-based Rooms You Love, which sells children's furniture online, topped Scotland in the regional categories.
