AN EDINBURGH-based firm has created a system to help increase awareness among Standard Life staff of its diversity programme.
The firm, Multiply, created an e-Learning diversity awareness programme for Standard Life's human resources department.

Multiply said that e-Learning can be a more cost and time-effective way of tutoring staff than distributing reading materials or attending courses.

Royal Bank of Scotland and the NHS are among other clients who have used e-Learning.
