Steading set to fuel interest

A HIGH-PROFILE steading site with planning permission for 17 residential units is expected to attract considerable interest from developers.
The 1566 sq m site, on the outskirts of Aberlady, is being marketed by property experts DTZ, with offers in excess of £975,000 being sought.

The site is likely to provide one, two and three-bedroom units and affordable units.

DTZ director, John Brown said the mix of Aberlady's coastal setting and proximity to Edinburgh is likely to generate significant interest.
