Rolls signs Korean deal

ROLLS-ROYCE, the aircraft-engine maker, yesterday announced a deal worth up to £1.2 billion with South Korea's Asiana Airlines to supply as many as 40 Trent XWB engines.
Asiana will be the first Korean customer for the Trent aero engine, which the company says "represents the latest technology". The engine is scheduled to begin ground testing in 2010.
