KENMORE Property Group, the Edinburgh firm headed by John Kennedy, and Ashford Property Group have launched their Cornerstone building in Glasgow with 60 per cent of the building let or under offer.
Ofgem has taken a ten-year lease at the building on 107 West Regent Street.

It is joined by law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing which has taken a 15-year lease.

A further floor has also been placed under offer to a professional services firm, the developer said.
