AN office building close to Haymarket Station is nearing capacity after securing another new deal.
Leading housebuilder Stewart Milne Group is to move into the grade B office block Apex 3.

It has sub-let 1303 sq ft of the first floor as it establishes a commercial arm in the Capital.

The deal will see it pay £21.50 per sq ft and leaves only 3000 sq ft of space available in the building. DTZ acted on behalf of construction and property consultants Cyril Sweet last year to acquire the 5267 sq ft first floor, with the firm set to expand "significantly" over the coming years.

Peter Fraser, senior surveyor for DTZ, said it had been marketing the "expansion space" specifically for short-term lets.

He said: "The space was ideal for any business looking for a short-term lease basis."
