THE following business news is expected tomorrow:
• Fashion chain Next is due to give an update on trading, after it said in March that like-for-like sales are expected to drop by between four per cent and seven per cent in the first half of the year. It fears that its core customers in the age 25-45 group will be hit hardest by the credit crunch and slow their spending.

• Soft drink giant Coca-Cola is due to unveil its latest quarterly figures, as is Unilever.

• On the economic front, it is the day for the next vital Bank of England interest rates decision.
