ALL movement restrictions imposed by the Scottish Government for the foot-and-mouth disease scare were lifted from midnight last night.
Only European curbs remain - an EU ban on the export of live animals and restrictions on farms in the export trade.

The restrictions were put in place by DEFRA and through them the Scottish goverment. Where is Wendy Alexander,Nicol Stephens and Annabel Goldie the opposition party's leaders the only thing they seem to oppose is the welfare of Scotland.
