A CHINESE restaurant in the Lothians has been put on the market for offers over £150,000.
The Purple Sage restaurant in Livingston is being offered as a leasehold opportunity with an annual rent of £52,000.

Keith McBain, a member of commercial property agent Jones Lang LaSalle's licensed leisure and hotels team, said: "Purple Sage is a highly attractive, extensive restaurant premises fitted to an exemplary standard."
