Bosses set to retire in style on a £3m pension

TOP bosses can retire on pensions of over £200,000 a year – 25 times more than workers receive, new research revealed today.
A TUC study of 346 company directors showed they had amassed pension pots averaging £3 million each, with some having more than £5 million, paying out an annual sum of £333,000.

Don't they mean the seat polishing faceless breed
that reap the benefits whils't others do the work,a
real boss works with his staff,treats them fairly and
shares all the benefits with them,and doesn't fleece
them as so many do nowadays,greed and more greed.

This seems way out of proportion. Some bosses work hard at university etc to get proper qualifications to be in the position they are in and deserve a decent pension, but 25 times an average worker is bordering on the obscene, especially when one considers the huge salaries they have earned throughout their working life. A pension of £200k is too much and the rules should be changed and the pension 'pot' redistributed more evenly.
