THE city council has apologised for a "distribution error" which saw around 30 empty envelopes sent to city cabbies this week.
The A5 envelopes should have contained copies of the taxi trade publication Fairview.

Earlier this week the council was criticised after Gorgie residents were sent two information leaflets containing conflicting instructions on when to put out the bins.
