EDINBURGH Castle has again attracted a record number of visitors, reaffirming its position as Scotland's most visited paid-entry attraction.
According to figures released today by Historic Scotland, 1,249,332 people visited the Castle in the last year.

The figures represent a three per cent rise compared to the previous 12-month period.
