Those who speculated on the housing/land/lettings market have caught the flue lets hope its pneumonia.
Trouble is its not them that have to suffer its all of us others.

'Flu'. A flue is what a Sweep cleans out. And it's a little more complicated than you imply. Housebuilders are going to have a difficult time for the next few years, as they are at the delivery end of the supply chain. Thankfully, the rest of the construction industry, especially the part that will deliver big government infrastructure projects, will ride out this recession. Roosevelt, anyone?
