ONLINE auction site eBay is being used by up to 1500 entrepreneurs in Edinburgh to run their business.
New data shows that the companies based in the Capital are among 178,000 generating £2 billion a year through eBay.
EBay UK's Mark Lewis said: "More and more individuals are becoming internet retailers."
