MOBILE phone retailer Vodafone is to create 200 jobs by opening 50 new stores across the UK from next month.
The expansion will take the company's total number of stores to 400. A spokeswoman said the company was looking for locations across the UK, including Scotland.

The first of the new stores are to open in Liverpool, Bristol and London and it is not yet known how many will be in Scotland.

The expansion comes five months after Vodafone unveiled plans for 300 more retail staff.
