Strong start for academic link

A FREE service that aims to encourage Scots entrepreneurs and businesses to interact with academics has had 1000 enquiries in its first three years.
Interface – which links business with the four universities in Edinburgh, as well as Edinburgh College of Art, Moredun Research Institute and the Scottish Agricultural College, has launched around 100 projects from the calls.

Director Dr Siobhan Jordan said: "There is a strong appetite for businesses seeking academic support."
