BILL Allen has quit the board of Thus, the telecommunications company that has been taken over by Cable & Wireless.
Thus said Allen along with Thus chairman Philip Rogerson and directors John Maguire, Ian Chippendale, Rick Medlock and Alison Wood had resigned from the company, after C&W declared its 180p a share offer unconditional in all respects.
Ivan Gunatilleke, Andrew May and David Crawford of C&W have been appointed to the Thus board.
