EASYJET argued at the High Court in London yesterday that a decision allowing an "exorbitant" increase in charges at Gatwick was unlawful.
The airline is challenging a decision made last year by the Civil Aviation Authority to allow a price rise from £5.61 to £6.79 per passenger in the charges, which are paid by the airlines.
The case continues.
