Terminal 5 set to return to normal service

Heathrow: Heathrow's Terminal 5 is expected to return to a normal schedule today after more than a week of chaos and misery for passengers.
British Airways said it hoped to operate a "full flying schedule" today for the first time since the terminal's opening day debacle last Thursday.

Kingston: Three men will appear in court today charged with conspiracy to supply heroin with a street value of more than £15 million, following one of the biggest seizures of the drug in the UK.

"Return" suggests that they had normal service to begin with.

"Achieve" (for the first time)would be a better description!

It has never had normal service, unless BA regard total chaos as normal.
