British Airways yesterday said its passenger traffic fell 1.6 per cent in January, as short-haul business class and long-haul economy markets continued to show weakness.
BA said its passenger load factor – a measure of how efficiently it fills its seats – fell 0.7 percentage points from a year earlier to 69.2 per cent.
