BAE Systems chief on move

THE chief executive of BAE Systems is to take on the role of chairman of Rosyth dockyard operator Babcock International.
Mike Turner is to replace current chairman Gordon Campbell, who has announced he is to stand down later this year after nearly a decade with the company. Mr Turner previously served as a non-executive director with Babcock for nine years. He said he was "honoured and privileged" to get the chance to serve again.

Mr Campbell said: "It is with some regret that I stand down."
