Ability should be the credential, not sex.
I think Norway will suffer for this as they will, in a lot of cases, end up with a second rate woman not the best person for the job.
One wonders who is driving this supposed quest for equality and is this one of the causes of the declining birth rate in the West, you don't see a problem with the birth rate in a country where women are proud to see themselves as in charge of the family and home.
No wonder there are so many bald women in this country. Even my own wife thinks to much is expected of her in the PC world.
