Nonsense - any attempted rise in the price of OPEC's oil will be more than offset by the inflow of bio-fuels and and the greater inducements to greater efficiency in fuel use that stem from the current elevated price of OPEC's oil.

OPEC is merely 'whistling past the graveyard' as they come to understand that they have overplayed their hand for about three decades now and have induced the very outcome they most fear - users no longer being dependent on OPEC's largesse in the use of its illegal monopoly.
