SCOTTISH Enterprise has begun interviewing candidates for the vacant job as head of its inward investment division. It is understood four internal applicants are among those in the running to replace Martin Togneri at Scottish Development International.
One source said those being interviewed included Lorna Jack, who runs SDI's North American operations, and other SE staffers David Smith, Raymond Prendergast and Dennis Taylor. Togneri left almost a year ago and there has been some controversy surrounding the delay in finding a replacement.
