A SHOPPING park in the Capital has had a reshuffle of retailers as it expands its fashion offering.
Fort Kinnaird has seen New Look relocate to the former Marks & Spencer Simply Food branch, while River Island has taken the space it vacated. Monsoon has also secured a space on the site.

Martin Gudaitis, a spokesman for Fort Kinnaird letting agent Montagu Evans, said: "Securing three such highly-regarded fashion retailers in New Look, River Island and Monsoon is yet another sign of the scheme's growing maturity."

Marks & Spencer has opened a 60,000 sq ft general merchandise store adjacent to a proposed new extension of the park.

Landlords at Fort Kinnaird are The Hercules Unit Trust and The Crown Estate. Joint agents are Montagu Evans, Eric Young & Co and Morgan Williams.
