Thank employees to aid productivity

ALMOST one in three workers is never thanked for their efforts, despite the positive effect it can have on morale and productivity.
In a survey of 1,000 employees, most of those praised said it improved their outlook on the job and made them work more productively.

Bad management starts at the top, and management in the YUK has always been pathetic. They don't really care about their workers, and never have. The workers are there solely to be exploited, and paid as little as possible.
