BINGO hall operator Carlton Clubs has sold two bingo halls, in Edinburgh and Grangemouth, for a combined total of £1.35 million.
The firm has sold the Tivoli Bingo Hall at Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, to the Destiny Church for £900,000, while it has also sold its bingo hall in Station Road, Grangemouth, to Cabri (Three) for £450,000.

Simon Bashford, a surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for Carlton Clubs, said: "The Edinburgh deal reflects the fact that modern day automated bingo now require more contemporary premises."
