Bank job for Fettes man

A BOARD member of Fettes College has been appointed chief executive of Deutsche Bank's UK operations.
Colin Grassie, 48, who also sits on the board of Winning Scotland Foundations, will be responsible for the development of the UK franchise of Deutsche Bank.

He will also chair the bank's UK governance and executive management committees.

Mr Grassie, a former pupil at Fettes College, joined the German bank in 1995 and starts his new job on 1 August.
